Ashoke Sinha awarded CNS 2017 Teaching Prize
Dr. Ashoke Sinha, Assistant Professor in STT, was awarded the College of Natural Science 2017 Teaching Prize. Prof. Sinha’s teaching portfolio spans many courses in STT at the undergraduate and MS levels, including service courses, important and technical courses in the Actuarial Science program, the core MS courses in probability and in mathematical statistics, and many others. He is also heavily implicated in the design and update of some of our courses and curriculum. Here is Dr. Sinha in this photo with the Dean of our College, Prof. James Kirkpatrick, at the awards ceremony on November 10. STT is very proud of Prof. Sinha. This recognition is well deserved!
